By downloading, installing, or using WappBlaster ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WappBlaster is a mobile application that helps users automatically open WhatsApp with pre-filled messages after phone calls. The App uses Android's phone state permissions and overlay permissions to function.

3. User Responsibilities

By using WappBlaster, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the App to send spam, harassment, or unwanted messages
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect WhatsApp's terms of service
• Not use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

4. Subscription and Payment

• WappBlaster is a paid subscription service at ₹2,299 per year
• Payment is due at the time of purchase or renewal
• Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the App within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds after 7 days are at our discretion.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

7. Reseller Terms

If you participate in our reseller program:

• You may purchase licenses at ₹750 and resell at ₹2,299
• You are responsible for your own customer support
• Licenses are non-refundable once purchased by resellers
• Commission on sub-reseller sales is 20% of the license cost
• We reserve the right to terminate reseller accounts for violations

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with WhatsApp using Android's share intent. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
